You need a relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in the subject you wish to teach, along with demonstrable teaching or tutoring experience. Curriculum-specific experience (IGCSE, IB, A-Level, CBSE, or UAE MOE) is strongly preferred. Teaching qualifications such as a PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent are an advantage but not always mandatory.
We recruit tutors across all subjects we offer, including Mathematics, Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Biology), English, Arabic, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting, Computer Science, SAT, and IELTS. Demand is particularly high for IB and IGCSE specialists, Arabic tutors, and SAT and IELTS preparation coaches.
For home tutoring roles, yes, you need to be based in Dubai or the UAE and be able to travel to students’ homes. For online tutoring positions, we welcome qualified applicants from anywhere in the UAE, and in some cases, further afield, for live online sessions.
Submit your application through our ‘Become a Tutor’ form with your qualifications, subject expertise, curriculum experience, and availability. Our team reviews every application personally. If your profile is a strong fit, we will contact you for a brief interview and subject knowledge assessment before adding you to our network.
Hourly rates vary depending on subject, level, curriculum, and whether sessions are delivered at home or online. We offer competitive rates that reflect your qualifications and experience. Exact rates are discussed during the application process.
Once accepted, your profile is added to our internal tutor database. When a student inquiry matches your subject, level, and availability, we contact you with the details. You review the placement, confirm your interest, and we introduce you to the family. From there, you coordinate directly with the student and their parents.
